What data we process
Contact form. If you submit our contact form, we process what you enter (name, email address, phone number, inquiry topic, and message) solely to respond to you. This is stored in our systems for that purpose.
Direct contact. If you contact us directly by email or phone instead, we process whatever you send us the same way.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects information about how you use the site - pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar usage data. This is processed by Google on our behalf; see Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. We don’t currently use any other cookies or tracking technology beyond this.
Legal basis
We process contact and correspondence data based on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or, where your inquiry relates to a potential contract, on the basis of taking steps prior to entering into that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Analytics cookies are used on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) where required by applicable law.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. It’s shared with Google (via Google Analytics) for the analytics purpose described above, our infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure, which hosts this site and stores contact-form submissions), and otherwise only where required by law (for example, tax or accounting obligations).
Data retention
We keep correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to request a copy of it in a portable format. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing mko@54soft.eu.
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
